Activated charcoal, also known as activated carbon, is a form of carbon that has been processed to make it porous and highly absorbent. Activated charcoal is mainly used in the emergency treatment of certain kinds of poisoning. It helps prevent the poison from being absorbed from the stomach into the body.  Activated Charcoal can be used to assist with the following:

*Emergency poison/toxin treatment

*Assist with Hangovers

*Traditionally used to support and cleanse the digestive system and relieving discomfort caused by Indigestion, wind & heartburn

*Whitens Teeth

*Supports cholesterol levels

*Reduces gas and bloating

Directions for use (Recipe):

Mix 2 heaped teaspoons of Activated Charcoal with a small amount of water in a glass

to form a paste. Fill the glass with water, stirring continuously as you add the liquid, and consume the mixture immediately. Take it on an empty stomach. This can be followed for 7-10 days, twice a day.  Ensure sufficient water intake to avoid dehydration.

or experience an unusual reaction. Avoid using dry charcoal powder; always mix it with liquid and prevent inhalation. Seek advice from a healthcare practitioner if you have any medical conditions.
