We offer several delivery options so you can choose the one that best suits your location and needs.

More Delivery Choices with Shiprazor

Shiprazor connects us to multiple courier partners through one shipping platform, giving us more flexibility when arranging your delivery. We use different partners within this network, so your parcel may be delivered by a different courier each time you order.

Shiprazor shipping costs R100.00. When your order is dispatched, we’ll confirm which courier is handling your parcel and send you the tracking details by email or WhatsApp, so you know who to expect and can follow your parcel’s progress.

Your assigned courier will be confirmed in your dispatch notification.

Orders over R750 qualify for free delivery. All prices include 15% VAT and are subject to change without prior notice.

Processing and Dispatch

Please allow 1–3 days for handling before dispatch, depending on order volumes. Processing begins once payment reflects in our bank account, and orders are handled in the order received.

We process orders Monday to Friday. Orders placed over weekends or on public holidays will be processed from the next business day. Please allow the stated processing period before requesting a dispatch update.

If an item is out of stock, we’ll contact you with an estimated delivery date.

Delivery and Tracking

Delivery generally takes 2–5 business days after dispatch, depending on the delivery service and destination. Remote areas may take an additional 1–2 business days. All delivery times are estimates.

Once your parcel is dispatched, please use your tracking or waybill number on the assigned courier’s website for delivery updates. We do not provide individual delivery tracking updates.

Rural and Remote Areas 

For rural or remote locations, we recommend PAXI (PEP to PEP) for collection at your nearest participating PEP store.

The Courier Guy rate listed above excludes any additional remote-area delivery charges.

Delivery Details and Special Requests

Please provide your complete and correct delivery details, including your postal code and contact number, at checkout. Add any special delivery instructions in the order notes.

We cannot accept responsibility for delays or lost parcels resulting from incorrect information supplied at checkout. We can include special requests on the waybill, but cannot guarantee that the courier will follow them.

Your privacy matters to us. Every order is packed discreetly in unmarked packaging that does not reveal its contents.
