When your package ships, we’ll be in contact with you via email.  Please watch your inbox for a message from Remedy Hub.  Please refrain from contacting us to inquire about the dispatch of your order, as it is being processed in a queue in an effort to be fair to all customers.  The following list contains all pertinent details about our shipment and delivery.

Courier Guy R100-00 (Door to Door = 2-3 Business Days)

Postnet to Postnet R109-00 (Counter to Counter = 2-3 Business Days)

Paxi (Pep to Pep) – R100-00 (Counter to Counter = 3-5 Business Days)

1) Prices are subject to change at any time without prior notice.

2) All prices include 15% Vat.

3) When residing in a rural region, we advise you to select PAXI (Pep to Pep) option so that your package can be delivered to your nearest Pep Store.  We do not factor in the extra expense associated with delivery to a remote area via The Courier Guy.

4) Be as specific as you can at the checkout with the right address and postal code to ensure that we send your package to the right place.  You can also post any additional information you want us to be aware of in the comments section. We will not take responsibility if there is a delay or lost shipment due to the incorrect information provided.

5) Orders above R750-00 will be delivered for FREE.

6) Prior to dispatching your order, we provide all orders a handling period of 1-3 days.  Our level of busyness will determine everything.  To be fair and treat all of our customers equally, please refrain from contacting us with questions about the delivery of your package as your order is in a sequential queue.

7) Although delivery times may vary, they are typically between 2 and 5 working days.  Delivery to some remote locations could be further delayed by 1-2 days.

8) Special requests can be stated on the waybill, but if the courier service doesn’t follow them, we have no control over that. Special requests must be updated in the notes section at checkout.

9) We will put together and dispatch your package as soon as your order has been placed and the payment has appeared in our bank account.  The tracking number will also be sent to you via email or WhatsApp.

10) If you need a delivery date update, please use the tracking number (Waybill number) to check the websites of the chosen courier providers.  Due to disrespectful customers, we no longer offer this service.

11) In the event that we run out of stock, we will contact you and provide an anticipated delivery date.

12) Monday through Friday, all orders are processed.  Orders placed over the weekend and on public holidays will be handled the following business day. Weekend orders will be handled on Monday.

13) Every order is subject to full discretion.  Your privacy is important to us as a company.  Your package will be unmarked and not in any way, shape, or form indicate what you have ordered if you have ordered any of our sexual health products.
