We offer a money back guarantee on the products that we distribute. If you are not fully satisfied, you have 7 days after receiving your order to apply for a refund.
1) Your refund request will be rejected if you have consumed more than 30% of the purchased content from your order.
2) We require the remaining products to be send back to us before a refund can be issued. You will be responsible for the shipping cost.
3) In order for us to confirm that the product you are returning was purchased from Remedy Hub online, proof of purchase must be provided.
4) You can only apply for a refund within the 7 days that you have received the order.
5) If you believe you have received a damaged product, please let us know as soon as you can so we can rectify the problem. Photos should be sent along with this message to sales@remedyhub.co.za.
6) Due to the nature of our products, Remedy Hub cannot accommodate returns or exchanges for unwanted purchases. Please make sure you select the correct item.
