Directions for use (Recipe):

Add 2-3 Teaspoons of herb to 1 Litre of boiling water.  Let it brew for 10 minutes.  Strain tea through strainer.  For daily use drink 150-200ml hot or cold once a day.                    For medicinal use drink 2-3 cups a day.  Do not exceed 6 cups a day.

Note:  Do not boil your tea as it will take out the nutrients, rather leave it overnight too steep in boiling water if you want it to be strong.  If you are using any of our other tea blends, use one type of tea per day and alternated them with days.
