Suggested Uses:

Infuse 2 Teaspoons per cup & allow to brew for 3-5 minutes so the leaves release their powerful nutritional components. Strain tea with strainer and enjoy. For daily use drink 250ml hot or cold once a day. Drink 2-3 cups daily for an extra boost in nutritional nutrients. Do not exceed 8 cups daily. To sweeten tea, honey may be added.

Note:  Do not boil your tea as it will take out the nutrients, rather leave it overnight too steep in boiling water if you want it to be strong.  If you are using any of our other tea blends, use one type of tea per day and alternated them with days.
