Payment Policy

  • When your package ships, we’ll let you know by sending you a confirmation email with your tracking information.  In order to be fair and treat all of our customers equally, please do not contact us to inquire about the dispatch of your package as your order is in a sequential queue.
  • The platform on which our website is built uses a private dedicated server with secure socket layer encryption and an SSL Certificate.  This indicates that your information is completely safe and that it would be very challenging to hack, get around, or obtain any personal information about our clients or their banks.
  • We use PAYFAST on our website to process our payments PAYFAST is one the best online merchant in South-Africa with the best track record.
  • After doing the checkout process you will be redirected to a secure PAYFAST page to complete the payment.
  • When using the INSTANT EFT from PAYFAST remember to use the reference number they provide you.  Failing to do so will result in a payment that cannot be allocated. We do not take any responsibility for this and you should then contact PAYFAST directly to resolve this.
  • Refunds will not be paid in CASH. We refund in the manner we receive the payment. If we issue you a refund to your Credit Card it will take 4-5 days before it reflects. Instant EFT and Cash Deposits will be refunded strictly by Electronic Bank Transfer (EFT)

  • If you prefer doing a direct deposit to us you are more than welcome. Use the Total amount for the products you want to order, add courier cost (refer to our 3 options at the Checkout Section) and EFT/CASH DEPOSIT At:
